Christina Ricci Talks About Working With Robert Pattinson in 'Bel Ami'

Christina Ricci mentioned Rob and 'Bel Ami' in a new interview with Modern Luxury Dallas.

As she heads into the fall, Ricci is already generating buzz for her role in another period piece, Bel Ami (at press time, it's yet to be picked up for distribution) in which she, Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas get to take turns being entranced by Robert Pattinson. "He's great; he's really an awesome guy. I had a lot of fun working with him," says Ricci. She goes to say that, despite captivating legions of teenage girls everywhere (along with most of their mothers), Pattinson maintains a respectable on-set ethic. "He's so professional," she continues. "He comes to set with no expectations or attitude. None of those things you worry someone of his level of fame is going to have."

"Water for Elephants' DVD Commentary Excerpts

The 'Water for Elephants' DVD has already been released in some countries and a gracious overseas fan has shared some Rob-specific highlights from the Francis Lawrence commentary with ROBsessed. I've placed the excerpts behind a cut for those who wish to wait until they have their own copy of the DVD to view.

New Audio Interview With Marcus Foster

Since all is quiet on the Rob newsfront, I thought I would share this recent interview with Marcus Foster. There is a brief mention of Rob around the 1:00 minute mark as they touch on the Jeff Buckly biopic and Marcus' song 'I Was Broken' but I enjoyed the interview as a whole. Check it out.

Robert Pattinson Talks 'Breaking Dawn' With Chicago Sun Times

“I’m curious to see how it will carry out,” star Robert Pattinson tells the Sun-Times. “This movie is so different from the other ones. The stakes are so much higher because now it’s time to turn the entire saga upside down.”

And then there is the matter of Bella’s baby bump. “The birth scene is frightening,” Pattinson admits. “It’s a slap in the face. It’s failure to Edward, who has to choose between losing Bella and transforming her. It’s the toughest scene I’ve ever had to film in my career because this choice tears out my heart.”

Pattinson says, “We saved shooting the actual wedding for last because it was so important. We needed to be immersed in it.”
